Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Nova Guild Systems platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Nova Guild Systems provides Canadian payroll processing, tax form generation, and related administrative tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of employee, wage, and remittance information you provide.

3. Subscription & Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process it strictly to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Compliance

Nova Guild aligns calculations and remittances with CRA and provincial guidelines. However, you remain the legal employer of record and are ultimately responsible for statutory filings and payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
