To operate the payroll platform, calculate and remit statutory deductions, produce tax forms, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure Canadian-accessible infrastructure with row-level tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging. Access is strictly role-based.

5. Sharing

We share information with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial authorities only as required to file remittances and tax forms on behalf of employers, and with subprocessors strictly necessary to operate the service.
